Pakistan's education system comprises several levels, starting from pre-school which involves two years of classes called nursery and kindergarten, also known as KG or Prep. Primary education begins from class 1st to 5th and Middle school from 6th to 8th class. Secondary education is from class 9th to 10th, also known as Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or locally called 'matriculation certificate' or 'matric'. Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) is the next level of education, also known as 'intermediate' which includes F.Sc/FA/ICS options for study. All these levels follow an annual exam-based system. The final level is the university level, which involves a four-year BS program called Bactual, MPhill, and then Ph.D.At the University level semester program is usually preferred.
1: History and his need.
Today Pakistan's education system was designed by lord Macallin of British indias time, when the system was designed, he had to reduce the time, but there was a shortage of clerks, there was a shortage of junior level people, shortage of scenery level people, and there was no dearth of power because Britishers rule themselves, whereas the top level would be for the Britishers. the result was that a person was needed for a lower level, then he said that there were no people in India, then they decided, to take an education policy and make them like us. education system means a character in any student to develop him, to make him a good intelligent, civilized citizen, but why would be British think that, we have to make a good man? British want such a person who comes on time, and leaves on time. then there will be lunch from the bell, and every person becomes used to this bell, some students when becoming laborers in factories in the future, so this bell introduction will remain old. 2nd who follow orders. whatever is given to him, just follow it band today, don't use your mind, like if works in the office follow office policy whether it is wrong so make him a rota person. fixed the syllabus in schools to study, there is nothing ahead of it, nothing behind it written it is final not concern with actual knowledge. Don't apply our minds. 3rd who follow orders do not follow orders punish .because when the same students come job they will not do less, then their officer can beat in this way school becomes a torcher center .no leadership qualities are required don't want the person who lives the original ideas, we want the person who copies. no need for unity in this fight of competition. so the person who has a lot of intelligence will not help others, and if I help him, he will become equal to us.
2:Problems.
The education system of Pakistan, there is no education, there is no system, talk about government schools, there is no infrastructure, there are no proper teachers, there no quality education, and if we talk about private schools, then their fees and tantrums are so high that it is common. man does not have the status and somehow even if someone studies in such a system, then there is no job because the education system is less and more business than schools and colleges, for whom the student is just a customer, school college is not the place where this is the place where clerks for corporates and people of that level are prepared and send.

3:Education and job.
parents compromising on everything by killing their dreams. just not on education. my son's life will be be set , but even after doing so much , he does not get a job ,and even if he gets it, so what is wrong with the education system and it is so who is responsible for that governments parents school collegeor students himself we will check everyones role one by one and will not just cry about the problems we will also talk about the soluction that after all there really is a soluction does A poor man have todays rate there is only one way to come out of poverty in education , if my son gets education ,his career become set , then we will get out of the poverty line , we will also be set , he spenda alot of money , work very hard. struggle alot but this education spend alot of money ,works very hard. struggles a lot but this education system ruins his career and leads him away from life many times the same student ends his life in this frustration , but why does this happen when there are so many colleges, so many schools and so many studies , why differents surrevys tells that that 92% people are not there for the job , un employ or under employ behind all this is moderen education system . this system doesnot fullfill the requirement of moderen age .
4: Current Demand of Education.
Now companies want a person who can apply his mind, who can manage four company employ, who has leadership skill, who has management skill, but if such a person come from an education system, who can do less than a tax man .he cannot do it, he is late by doing only himself, that is enough and he says that I will do as much as you tell me, he does not do anything behind, he does not have the ability to get it done, so when the companies looking same thing in a business, when the person does not get it, what to do, either company not hire or if hire, he will pay less on the junior position, he will never gr trust hers, in Pakistan if you teach persons he will do less later, copy and open it in front of the shop. Due to this, big companies like apple are not formed in Pakistan. For this reason, small businesses are many but big businesses are rare. so your character should become such that because of which neither the job is lost nor the growth is happening because school and college made you like this for this reason 90 % of people are self-employed they are ready to do less for themselves, big business doesn't come out in Pakistan, small businesses in Pakistan in every street and locality, and it is not multiplying because to make big business company need a big team, the company have to spread things, people are not available here, how to make a team there is no
5:Private Schools in Pakistan.
private schools are less education centers and more business houses it simply means earning more and spending less, what is the source of earning? which is the student fee being taken from the student, where the teacher has been hired, in 15000 to 20000, Now in 15000 how to get a good teacher. if a teacher gets good money then the teacher will become a teacher according to his wish. due to this reason, no one wants to become a teacher he is divided by compulsion. private schools make policies in such a way that they receive money in many ways from parents like taking the shoes from us, taking the cloth from us, taking stationery from us, coming to our annual function and the matter of studies is for get a teacher at home
6:Carrer Options and Social Media.
In Pakistan, you asked a question at school or college student about the career option you choose for yourself in the future? about 90% of student answer is engineer, Doctor, BBA, and government jobs. the career choice of 90% of you are hidden in these four options .most of the student not wants to become Physicians, Physical Therapist, Veterinarian, Epidemiologist, Financial Advisor, Audit Clerk, Paramedic, Event Planner, Real Estate Agent, Bus Driver, Fabricator, and Chemist. when we talk about the Pakistan education system . we talk about the teaching methods in schools and colleges, the examination system, and the syllabus, but in reality, the problem is much deeper than the system. There's a problem with the ecosystem. the entire environment Pakistanis spend an average of 4 hours every day looking at their mobile phone screen. so naturally when people are watching something on their phones, they get influenced by it .mass media has a huge impact. our news channels are filled with mostly 4 types of news.POLITICS, CINEMA, CORRUPTION, AND SPORTS these four types of news are shown to the people mostly. last year some Pakistani won prestigious prizes for the country .but Pakistani news channels, not their interviewed on TV channels. if these heroes are interviewed and talked about on tv channels then other people are inspired young feel passionate to choose these professions but the news channels choose to run the headlines about the viral video" ya dill mara pukara" and how we get benefits from this viral video. we see the same things in films the heroes of films are limited to professions an army officer, a policeman, a doctor, an engineer, and sometimes a gangster, there will be scenes of gunfights in some cases there is businessmen or sportsman, but they won't go into details of the business. you won't see professions such as ornithologist, beekeeper, or sitar player in the films. social media platforms like YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK you get to see what you are already interested in. the algorithms were designed in a way that if you interact with something, you are shown similar content or related content repeatedly. unconventional career or jobs will not be recommended to you on these platforms. you will have to search for these .if you take the mass media influence into account, the career choice that you're taking independently, perhaps that's not your career choice. Rather, it is the mass media conditioning, that has been imposed on you. And your lake of exposure. Basically, you are not aware of the options available to you. the second factor here is the parents. often p, parents make this problem worse. as far as we can remember, society has been telling us, that parents are always right.
7:Career selection and Parents.
If every child's parents were smart and intelligent, the world would have filled of smart and intelligent people. it can't be possible that all children and every parent to be wise .many parents see themselves as a figure of authority. Her child needs to obey them .and treat everything they say as the truth. these parents often punish their children emotionally. if the child disobeys them for even the littlest of things then they are punished. But this isn't true. Several research papers have proven that authoritative parenting erodes the confidence and self-esteem of the child and hurts their decision-making ability .this is not my opinion rather it has been proven by research from all around the world .so when such parents say that their child will be an engineer. The underconfident child listens to these statements with low self-esteem, and the child cannot question the parents. This is why choosing an unconventional career is not even an option because the parents do not want an unconventional career. the parents think that since the world was a certain way when they were young, they know what the right career option would be and what the stable career choice would be. However, they forget to keep themselves updated with time .as a result of this government jobs is the most demand.
8:Soluctions.
Ø First Don't chase the most viral videos on social media try to look for the various career options yourself. see the video by national geographic paleontologists, How they discover the dinosaurs, when you watch films and series on Netflix, instead of watching the popular content that is discussed everywhere watch some different .you will find brilliant documentaries, on ecology, anatomy, archaeology, history, space, investigative journalism, coding, psychology, and such topics. You will need some initiative yourself because algorithms will show you who you are most like to interact with.
Ø Second parents will have to change a bit. Parents have to understand that behaving strictly with children leaves a negative impact on the growth of their children. they will have to take initiative and gain exposure to various career options so that they have the knowledge to better guide their children. the children aren't the only ones responsible for this. parents should try to do this. so that their mindset can be updated with time.
Ø 3rd role here is of the teachers and schools. they will need to understand this and the school has to try to come up with ways to stimulate creativity. How career counseling can be a part of schooling .private and government schools need to take some initiative if the curriculum doesn't change they can appoint a career counselor at school or have a 3-day career Counselling workshop for the students in class 10th.
