The purpose of this scholarship is to facilities higher education to developing countries students in the field of Business, Management, Development Studies and Science & Technology. After completing scholarship, scholars are expected to serve their home country and utility their knowledge in solving developing countries problem.

This Scholarship is available  whole year last depends  on Asian Develop Bank partner institutions.

Asian Develop Bank in Japan Scholarship Provides following:

  • University full tuition fee.
  • Monthly living allowance.
  • Medical service .
  • Traveling cost.
  • Books and Education materials.

Number of Scholarships:

Asian Develop Bank provide  about 300 Scholarships annually.

Major Fields of study :

  • Science & Technology .
  • Economics, Business and Management .
  • Development Studies.

Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Students should Belong to only Asian country including japan.
  2. Dual nationality students are not allowed.
  3. have got admission to an approved master degree at a designated institute of Asian Develop Bank .
  4. Bachelor’s Degree must be complete.
  5. Two years of work experience and two English Proficiency Letters that demonstrate scholars' good English communication and writing skills.
  6.  After completing Scholarship scholars should come back home country and serve their country.
  7. Age limit is 35.
  8. Good in health.
  9. Not doing  job in ASD-JSP Designated institutions.
  10. Asian Students living outside from their home country are not allowed. 

How Apply Scholarship:

  1. Applicant get information and application  from the chosen partner institute of Asian development bank.
  2. Applicant complete fill required document for Scholarship application including ASD-JSP sheet.
  3. Afer completing all document send it to Scholarship institute.
  4. The institute will check the applicant's documents and then decide whether to award the scholarship or not. 
  5.  Institute send selected candidate list to Asian development bank .
  6. Asian development bank check the list of selected candidate .
  7. Asian development bank grant Scholarship based on its selection criteria and send to Japanese executive director for approval .
  8. Asian development bank select  scholars and information send to institute.
  9. Institution informed all scholars .
